Prompt and professional service. Past experiences have shown to me that the same level of service is provided to after sale functions such as rotate and balance, checking tire pressure, tire repair, etc. This company is a whole lot more than just selling tires and that is a very significant attribute!

There is a super awesome team here at Discount Tire in Alamogordo, NM! They were great! They figured out the problems as quickly as possible and worked with me to get me all fixed up with these new amazing tires. Very professional! Plus great attitudes! Multiple team members worked with me to get me back on the road. They all worked as a team to make it work out in the long run. I don't want to name individuals on a public review, but they knew who they were. Fantastic professionalism at this location. Excellent personnel and instore service, employees are knowledge and courteous. Store inventory is very accomadating , when the tire I select is not in stock, the stores immediately get on the computer and orders it for me with arrival generally is within two days. I always purchase the extended tire certificate with expediate service to follow as needed for replacement. Its always a pleasure to visit the two location I work with; Alamogordo, NM or Roswell, NM. ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE. I have other choices to purchase tires,; but, I go to Discount Tire first. Thank you.......Frank
