ALWAYS great customer service!

The staff here was very courteous and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions.

The folks at this particular Discount Tire do a consistently good job, every time I visit. They know their products and efficient with their time and therefore my time.

Zachary was friendly, kind, and shared his personal experience with multiple tires I was considering. He helped me find a great pick but also found ways to help me save a little money as well (like updating my spare, but with a slightly lower quality tire since it hopefully wouldn't see much use). Came in without much time (had only scheduled a tire rotation / balance), left with 5 new tires in under an hour. Everyone was friendly and professional. 3rd set of tires with DT, will be back for the excellent customer service.

Great service in and out in no time flat

Tire was installed backwards , had to argue with them to make it right since it was close to them closing also missing the valve caps

The service was excellent and the staff knew their work. Clean and efficient environment. I have used your company over two decades and have always found this to be so!

Anyone else with an appointment was pushed back due to walk ins. Managers were lying to people saying that someone over booked appointments. Could of cared less on how many people were complaining.
