New Tires and Wheel Store in Albuquerque, NM 87121

I booked an appointment online and was checked in and seated, waiting for my car within 10 minutes. I had a leak that needed repair (fixed with no charge) and had all 3 wiper blades replaced during my visit. I wasn't even there long enough to get through a 45-minute video. The young man that checked me in was very friendly and professional and based on how quickly I was in and out- the staff is extremely efficient. I appreciate you guys! Thank you for all of your hard!!

I was in and out of that place. The guys there, sure do know what they're doing. I Highly recommend this place for fast and friendly service.

Waited for 4 hours to get my tire bought through them checked for a leak and I made an appt online. No sense of urgency on their part. Front desk woman was unpleasant to deal with will not go back to the Montano location.

Service prompt and good, however problem with tire balance did not improve, will need to take it back for rebalance or check tires

The employees were courteous and very professional. They didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need, and even found me a better tire than the ones I was going to purchase for less money.

The staff are the main reason why I go to different places. The staff at discount tire are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. They talk with their customers. And with me they not only answered my questions. They were respectful and courteous. I think all of them for the respect they gave me.
