New Tires and Wheel Store in Albuquerque, NM 87109

I had a roofing screw in my tire. I stopped at the closest Discount Tire store. Without an appointment, it would be about 1.5 hours wait, but they would try and make it less. They were honest, cared that I get my tire fixed, and were concerned that if I left due to the wait time, the tire would deflate. All true. They fixed it with no charge and were courteous the whole time!!

Good service overall, justo one minor detalles, one of the four tires they installed wasn't calibrated, and the air pressure ended up being verde low

One complaint and it’s a consistent complaint. They never, never have the air correctly. I ask them every time I get my tires balanced and rotated and say they will but never do. It’s exasperating. C’mon people. Maybe it’s a marketing scam or technique that makes me come back in to get the air set correctly.

Very responsive when I entered the store and the online appointment was very easy to make. The service was done very quickly with minimal wait time.

The staff has always been very helpful and patient, especially when trying to figure out which tires are best for the vehicle.

This is probably the best discount tire store I have visited, even though they are all very pleasant to work with.
