I had to wait a long while because I didn't have an appointment and I had an emergency (nail in the tireand slow leak) but they were able to accommodate me, fit me in and work something out to get me back on the road. I have always had excellent customer service at any discount tire I have been to.

All of the gentleman that helped me was professional, knowledgeable and hard workers. I had a scheduled appointment and was pleased that’s what I was told upon scheduling was indeed what happened on the day I had service.

The entire staff are very professional, courteous and prompt. The managers review everything with you upon your arrival, and the Associates carry out the work in a timely and efficient manner. The entire process was executed flawlessly and my car was ready in about half the time expected. Was treated fairly and quickly, I'll be back. Two minor issues. Installer failed to reset tire pressure gizmo, I was forced to return to get that button pressed. Installer also failed to snap little plastic axle cap fully in place, which I did. Not a big deal.

Mike-Manager was phenomenal!!! I will only be using this location and this leader for all my future needs. Great communication throughout the entire process.
