I recently visited the Sawmill Columbus, OH discount tire location and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They took the time to explain my options, helped me choose the right tires for my car and driving habits, and even gave me tips on how to extend their lifespan.

I can’t not say thank you enough for all of Curtis D help! I was not aware that 3 of my tires were all different sizes. He helped me pick out tires that one fit my car properly, and also helped me price tires that fit into my budget. I could tell that the shop was getting busy as it was a Friday afternoon, but I only had to wait 30 minute, which was amazing! The team on Sawmill Rd were so professional, fair, and respectful!

Everything was good about the visit.

I booked a rotation and balance appointment online for Thursday at 4:15pm. I arrived at the store at 4:10pm and left the store when all work was completed by 4:50pm. Excellent customer service and a very efficient process. I highly recommend this location for customer service and communication with the customer on what to expect. Great work!
