I purchased tires and scheduled installation online and I had a great experience. When I arrived, it was obvious they were pretty busy but I was greeted immediately and waited less than 5 minutes to be helped. When they came back and told me I accidentally ordered the wrong size tires, they luckily had the correct size in stock and it was no big deal. Tires were still installed in an hour, and the necessary re-alignment took about 20-30 extra minutes. They communicated with me well throughout each step so I never felt neglected or like my time was being wasted. I will absolutely come back again and highly recommend to others. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

I purchased my tires online. I was suppose to have them installed on Friday. I was called by the Discount Tire's staff on Wednesday to advise me that the tires came in. I asked if they had any earlier times. As it turned out, an hour and fifteen minutes after the call I was in the door and they were installing my tires. Great service, friendly staff and clean waiting room. I have had five of my vehicles serviced here. This is the only place I will get my tires done. I would highly recommend this store.

Skylar and his team were excellent. Now I just have to figure out why my TPMS sensors are not working. Hopefully the team can help me with that.

This was by far the worst service experience I've ever had. I spent 5 hours and 15 minutes waiting for my car. After being told it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes. I went to the counter to ask if there was an issue, and the assistant manager told me they had 17 cars on the service list and that it would be another hour. An hour later, my car still hadn't been touched. When I checked again, I was told my car was "next." Despite that, I waited another hour and a half before they finally started working on it. I didn't leave until 3:00 p.m. If I had been told from the beginning that the wait would be over five hours, I would have taken an Uber home instead of wasting an entire day sitting in the waiting room. The repeated inaccurate wait times were far more frustrating than the long wait itself. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Brought my mom’s car in for the front 2 tires to be changed on her Spark. Her car had wheel locks on it that we didn’t know about or have the key to. The guys were able to cut the wheel locks off for me, and they went the extra mile by cutting off the back locks as well even though I only got 2 tires. That means so much that my 83 year old mom won’t be on the side of the road with a flat tire and wheel locks with no key. This will always be my tire store with great service like that.

Have been going there for along time great warranty

This store works together as associates well and communicates clearly with the customer. I went in for a possible tire issue but because I bought my tires there took advantage of the free rotation. Damien was the representative I worked with and he was able to keep me well informed of what was going on with my van. I highly recommend this Discount Tires on Stringtown Road.
