Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Made an appointment to get new tires and wheel balance and was in and out in around 30-35 minutes and the young gentleman working on my car even came out to waiting room to apologize for my wait. I actually giggled thinking 30 minutes was long. Super friendly and did a great job. Will definitely come back.

This visit was for repair of a nail puncture through the tread of a tire sold by this store. The approach used seemed definitive: the tire was dismounted, the plug was sealed and trimmed on both sides, the tire was remounted and rebalanced, and the shop confirmed that no air was leaking. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the helpfulness of the folks who assisted me. Wait time was minimal.

The salespeople and auto techs performed exceptional service on what was a complex order disposing of snow tires and swapping wheels/rims. Thank you!

I had to take the Tesla back a couple days after buying 4 tires. Two tires showed low pressure 0ne was 33psi. They got to my car right away. When ready the employee told me that two of the tire stems were not adequately rebuilt. I really appreciate his honesty and apology in telling me. I have dealt with discount tire for 30 years

I had an appointment (set of 4 new tires in stock) for a 1:15 PM and arrived about 5 minutes early. The car was not moved into the changing area until 2:53 PM. The car was done at 3:18 PM. So I spent over 2 hours for a 25 minute procedure. NOT COMING BACK (except for rotation or warranty issues).

I have been a customer for years, love my new wheel and tire package. Decent prices, knowledgeable people.

Wish would remember the name of the service person who installed tires they did awesome job not only doing job being friendly when talking to me after service but also went beyond expiation by putting spare tire back (was on vehicle when drove in) place everything back into storage compartment spare tire area looks like never was removed
