I had to take the Tesla back a couple days after buying 4 tires. Two tires showed low pressure 0ne was 33psi. They got to my car right away. When ready the employee told me that two of the tire stems were not adequately rebuilt. I really appreciate his honesty and apology in telling me. I have dealt with discount tire for 30 years

Wish would remember the name of the service person who installed tires they did awesome job not only doing job being friendly when talking to me after service but also went beyond expiation by putting spare tire back (was on vehicle when drove in) place everything back into storage compartment spare tire area looks like never was removed

I had an appointment for a routine tire rotation. I purchased my tires at this store two years ago and always come here for my rotation and balances. They always do an awesome job and get me in and out quick as I make my appointment online before my visit. I have an automotive background and always watch what they do. I love that they rotate my tires in to the correct location, set my tire pressures, torque my wheels properly and to the correct specification, and measure my tread depths. Awesome job every time.

Outstanding service overall! Nick was knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining my purchase options in terms of tire size, brand and financing. I was a little disappointed on wait time getting tires installed when they came in two days later.

Fantastic experience!! Everyone was incredibly kind, always looking for ways to help each other out, as well as their customers! The people that helped me the most while I was there was, Eric; who greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot (literally as soon as I put my car in park, he was heading my direction!!), Bryce who answered both my calls with patience, as well as any info I needed, and lastly, Thurman who kept me informed about my car's situation, and what was going on. All of them were extremely professional, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing experience!!
