Best tire store hands down. I drive an hour and a 15 minutes just to go to the store because the employees are honest, reliable, and efficient. Everytime I go I am in and out quicker than any other tire shop I have ever been to and I will only get my tires installed or serviced there. They go above and beyond and always let you know of any possible issues. I was in last week to get a tire replaced and they let me know about another tire that had an issue that I had no clue about. They even resolved the issue the same day we’re most shops wouldn’t even had brought the issue to my attention. Again, they are hands down the best place to go.

I’m grateful to have a discount tire close by. I’ve gone here a few times and each time I’ve been satisfied with my experience. If you’re able to make an appointment ahead of time it helps with the wait time.

Hugh went above and beyond for my wife and I, all the employees are friendly, in perfect uniform and have the utmost respect for their customers. I have visited this store 3 times in the past month each for a different reason, uncles car, wifes car then mine. Would recommend discount tire to anyone in the Cleveland area

I was at store previous to have tire pressure checked ,gentleman never put any air in tires ,said light would turn off didn't. Went across street to put air in..was better until next day had to go back .the guy had just checked sensors and said previous day everything was fine..Not ..when I returned next day ..another gentleman checked Everything..It was a Bad sensor..ugh,I was very disappointed with my 1st experience and having to go back next day and have it corrected
