New Tires and Wheel Store in Abilene, TX 79606

I have used Discount Tire for years until I bought new cars and didn't need replacements. but when my waring tires got a large piece of jagged steel I knew I couldn't drive home 45 miles alone in the dark. I had already planned to go online for appointment that evening.

I sat there for 2 and a half hours after having an appointment, multiple customers went before me, after asking why, they said I was a walk in, after confirming I had an appointment they still pushed cars in front of me, before I had to ask another employee and I was finally seen, compensated nothing, not even a slight discount for the inconvenience, only one employee even acted like he cared

This location is the worst for prioritizing customer appointments. I had an appointment and was told when I arrived that I would only need to wait 20 to 30 minutes. It took about 90 minutes for my vehicle to be pulled into the shop and another roughly 45 for it to be completed.

They put the wrong tires on if my wife would have been there she would have drove off with the wrong ones Wonder how many people that happens to

The strore was clean the people were friendly and professional. The wait time was about hour and half. I had made an appointment online. My wait time was what I expected.
