New Tires and Wheel Store in Early, TX 76802

Although there was only one tire selection for our vehicle (2500 4x4), we were in a position to have to select that tire. Fortunately, when Michael checked our other tires, he found a bubble/split in one and we HAD to replace that tire as well (we were traveling another 6 hours the next day!) Michael was AWESOME! He was happy, helpful and just has an overall wonderful attitude. We definitely paid more for 4 tires than was expecting but the safety of our travels is imperative and we know it will be! Thank you, Michael, for being so detailed and conscientious!

Made an appointment for 1015 several days before. Job was not completed for almost an hour and half. After asking was told it was due to having difficulties with another vehicle. I believe I should have been informed of this. When vehicle was completed I had to inquire about windshield wipers that I had paid for. Wipers were installed. I have never had any problems prior to this visit. I understand things happen and because of this I will continue using this facility.

I have used this location several times, and they have always had good service. If you book an appointment, they keep it! I definitely recommend Discount Tire!
