New Tires and Wheel Store in Hudson Oaks, TX 76087

Found my tires online, and called the local store to ask questions from a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Made purchase on discounttire.com and appointment only took 45 minutest to have 4 new tires installed.

My visit to this Discount Tire Location was the best experience I have had so far! They took great care to see that I was taken care of in a timely manner and made sure I got the best tires for my vehicle at a great price. Adam Richman is the BEST, I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

This has been our go to store since opening. It is conveniently located and less busy than the store on the highway. Same great service and helpful employees. Geoffrey helped with tire selection, located, and set the appointment all in under 15 minutes. Thank you we will be back!

They usually under promise and over deliver. Staff is trained and knowledgeable. They tell you options but let you make your own decision. They added windshield wiper blades but didn’t try to oversell. I was in and out within an hour. (I was #4 in line when they opened.)

I have been a customer sense 1996 and have always gotten good service, started in Houston and came to the Weatherford store and now I use the Hudson Oaks store.

I had phantom leaks in both my front tires according to my dashboard alert system. They were gracious about pulling my tires and finding zero issues. I spoke with the tech and he told me everything they did and that they found no leaks, even when submerged. I was charged zero dollars for wasting their time. Great service, even when chasing phantoms.

The customer service here is top notch. I knew what I wanted they looked me up from a previous purchase, got my order in. I went into the store on a Saturday it was busy as expected for a Saturday. I was greeted and wrapped up with an appointment to get 4 new tires on. I arrived and was in & out within 45 mins. Clean store also the employees that put the tires on your car like to sing to whatever was playing over the speaker in the shop, while they work. Loved seeing this because it made the vibe of the store & experience even more enjoyable. Keep rocking it Hudson Oaks store! Thank you for your help & for sure will be a returning customer.

All 4 tires had different air readings when I left the store after having tires serviced. One had as little as 30 lbs. and another had 38 lbs. in it. Why?
