About Our Tire Shop

Get your rims and tires at Discount Tire in on the south side of Lubbock, Texas. We are located at 82nd Street just east of University Avenue between Alliance Credit Union and Chicken Express. We’re less than five miles from Texas Tech University and the Buddy Holly Center.

Stop in to get a complimentary air pressure check and inspection. With a commitment to world-class customer service, our experts perform precision work in our eight service bays. Services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. We even install 17.5" and 19.5" tire sizes at this location to be your one stop tire shop.

Watch your service from the waiting area in our showroom where we provide free Wi-Fi. If you prefer, catch a movie at Cinemark Tinseltown Lubbock and XD or enjoy Earl Crow Park during your service!

We had a blowout on b our Airstream about an hour outside of Lubbock. We called them enroute and they got our tires ready so when we arrived it went like clockwork. GREAT Customer Service and They sell Ties toooooo! GREAT JOB.

Anvil was very professional, informative, calm and legitimate! I could tell that he knows what he's doing, and truly cares about his customers!! The technician that worked on my truck did a fantastic job! He was very informative and you could tell that he cared too!! I was very impressed by how everyone worked as a team and were mindful of different individual's. Whether it someone older, or younger they took care of them. Ancil had an exceptional attitude, and he's very knowledgeable and a an exceptional standout in his customer service skills!!! I will always choose Discount Tires for all of my tire needs!!!
