All employees that I spoke with from the front desk showroom, to the guys behind the scenes, they were all very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, precise, & friendly! They all keep you informed and quoted the exact wait time! Just a great company, that really cares about you, the customer, and they thank you, and appreciate your business! I also love the email reminders to check your tire pressure and rotate your tires, plus they check your windshield wiper blades each time too! Just a great professional, very clean establishment! Even though I didn't purchase my tires there they still performed tire rotation for free so I'll definitely look for tires there next time . I've had service there before as I had a set of tires put on a different vehicle and they are always nice and professional.

Everything was explained very clearly. I had to get four new tire sensors put in and a front end alignment that had never had an alignment and 173,000 miles on it. Staff was very friendly store was very clean just one thing I wish they had had some coffee made. But there was a waffle house just a little ways away and I did a lot of my waiting having some coffee in the waffle House.

Stop in and ask for Avery. This guy greets you, recommends/sells you the equipment and then heads out to the bay to get the work/install done. I believe they call this caring about the customer and taking ownership. Start to finish, this guy gets it done and the sincere handshake & smile at the end was not even extra $$.

I was impressed by their honest opinions and efficient works. I was done way quicker than I had thought. All work was well done; like it was their vehicle they were working on! I felt very good, by their comments and work that I had picked not only the right tires but the right shop to deal with.

The $100 dollar deposit I gave you was not noted on the receipt.I will wait till I get my c/c statement to be sure. Seems shady.Anyway the weights fell off the wheel 5 minutes after installed. I hope they don't think I am going to return for future business. Curt

Went for a tire rotation and balance got a flat tire.

Discount Tire has brought service and efficiency to an entirely new level. I am 81 and have bought a lot of tires and cars serviced in that time but Discount Tire is in a class by them selves.
