The workers at this store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my new tires. They also helped in putting on new wiper blades which I was highly in need of. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending the services to my friends.

Great experience getting my new tires fur my daughter's car!

Great store, knowledge staff. They pointed out upgrade options but did not insist when I said it was outside of my budget. From walk-in with no appointment to driving away with new tires took slightly over 2 hours, and I was told that there was one person in front of me. The tires seem to work great, much better than my 9 year old dry rotted tires, haha. I will definitely be buying tires here in the future, and so will my dad who came with me just to check the place out.

My first time at this Discount Tire. I have been a customer for a long time in another state before moving here. Excellent customer service! Wait time for tire inspection and rotation was shorter than quoted. Also, I had a small dent in my left rear bumper that I realized was gone when I went out to my car after service. The guys had straightened it out while doing my tires! What a nice surprise! They definitely have my business from now on!

My experience at the Tanglewood location was excellent. I went in with my guard up because, to be honest, I don’t know much about cars and feel like I’m an easy target for someone to take advantage of me. I took my car to a garage in the morning and was told that they could not see me until later in the day, and that I would most likely need all new tires. When I came to Discount Tire, I was greeted immediately, and the sales associate told me that my lug nuts were swollen. I thought, "Here we go..." I agreed to have them replaced since the garage was able to take my car in. While in the waiting room, I did some research online and found that lug nut swelling was actually a known issue for my vehicle. After inspection, the technician found that the slow leak in my tire was due to a small embedded screw, and they patched it at no cost. They also shared that all my tires were still in the green. I’m glad I decided to come here for a second opinion because it seems like the first garage was trying to take advantage of me. I don’t mind paying fair prices, but I do mind when I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I did not feel this way when I left Discount Tire. The excellent customer service I received turned me into a return customer. I will be back if I need help with my tires again, and I’ve already shared my experience with several coworkers, my family, and online. Honesty will keep customers coming your way. Adam and his crew always give service with a smile. The prices they have given me make the trip from Bassett Va to Roanoke well worth my time to travel there. I have never had a complaint on anything the front desk crew or service techs have done for me. From my garden tractor tires to my vehicle tires, I've always had great service.
