Brett the store manager was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me as soon as i walk on the door. Matt the technician was careful and explained ever step of the way what was needed and did so expertly.

Kevin and Brittany were both extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin, the tech working on my Subaru, made it the highest priority that I got back on the road safely, and it meant a lot to me. My tires will be coming from Discount exclusively going forwards

While I’d recommend this store and have always had a great experience here my last one I did not. They couldn’t reverse my truck out of the spot due to taking it out of 2WD and grinding on the transfer case. That can cause some serious damage to a vehicle. Not every vehicle is a push to start. Don’t be afraid to ask for help with a vehicle instead of being embarrassed and taking it upon yourself to mess with a transfer case and grind it out of neuteral. Please teach your techs to be more careful and ask the owner of the vehicle for help. I got lucky to have got it in time but it could’ve caused some serious damage to my vehicle. It’s not that hard to put a truck in reverse. But don’t be afraid to speak up if you don’t know how.

I had a booked appointment and showed up 5 min early. From there everything went smooth. Very knowledgeable team working hand in hand. Although living in Vancouver, Canada this is now my go to Store. Loved the whole experience.

Extremely helpful and all the employees let us know immediately when our car would be ready. We purchase a new tire, had it replaced and back on the road again in less than 30 minutes.
