New Tires and Wheel Store in Everett, WA 98203

I came in with a low tire pressure in front driver tire. Discount tire in Everett on Evergreen way. The store was full. My tire air stim regulator was leaking.Discount tire changed it and back the road again. This my 10 set tire I have bought from discount tire because of there service to me and my vehicle.

Discount Tires' customer service is great! It's one of the reasons I keep going back to them for my tire needs. I scheduled an online appointment and was helped by Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciated that she actually read my "must have" notes section prior to my arrival and that made my visit so much easier. And, it was nice to be taken care of by a female associate.Super nice touch, Discount! I was in and out within an hour!

The staff here has always been attentive and professional here. And if something isn't right, they strive to make it right (ongoing tire/wheel balance issue). I've purchased multiple tire sets, as well as a few wheel sets, from this location over the years, and I keep coming back due the combination of professional service and competitive pricing. In a perfect world, Discount Tire would offer alignment services for a truly one-stop shopping/service experience. Not a slight on this store...just a message to corporate. :-)

Was able to have our tires replaced right away when we brought it in. Was going to drop off the vehicle early since we had a later appt in the day.

They did a great job mounting tires on my old 1976 Alfa Romeo spider. Friendly and responsive service, and checked with me part way through the job to make sure they handled the mounting properly. I appreciate the care they took.

I had help, as soon as I came into the store. I was able to get one of my tire sensors change. My tire pressure sensor did show again the next day and it was easy to make an appointment online. They were able to change 3 of my other tire sensors for free. I would definitely come back again!

Their customer service was genuine and refreshing, every interaction felt sincere, not scripted. The team was incredibly efficient, getting my tires installed faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. I was especially impressed with how clean, organized, and comfortable the waiting area was—it made the short wait that much more pleasant. It’s rare these days to find a place that combines speed, professionalism, and real customer care, but this location nailed it. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Five stars all the way!
