New Tires and Wheel Store in Lynnwood, WA 98036

I thank you guys for installed 4 sensor in my tires that I purchased some where else, everyone else didn't want it to do it

They were awesome!! When they weren't able to get a lug nut off my car and had inadvertently damaged it in the process, they sent me to their mechanic to have it removed (they paid for it since they made it worse). When I came back from their mechanic, they were so busy that they were having to turn people/customers away. Despite this, they took my keys and said they would try to squeeze me in. An hour later, they took my car in, finished replacing my rim and sent me on my way. I really appreciate that they took the time to finish up the job, so that I could safely drive my car that day, thanks y'all!!

The store was immaculately clean. The staff was incredibly friendly polite. I made my appointment on line so I was taken right it in. I appreciate the wiper blade inspection because my back blade was disintegrating. They found a nail on my tire, patched it up and had me on my way for the cost of the wiper blade. Making an appointment online is the best way to go. I’ve used this store many times. They are just great.

They were very detailed with what needed to be done to my car and why. This was very helpful to a person that doesn’t know about cars.

When I had originally brought my vehicle in because the Tire light came on, a charming and efficient employee named Jesse was able to help me re-air them and let me know there was a nail in a tire. I inquired how long it would take to fix and he said about half an hour to 45 minutes. I had to go to work but planned on returning the next morning extra early before work so I could get this done. Upon turning in my car Jesse was not there, though I wish he had been because it probably would have been done as promised. Instead, I inform them I had to leave for work within 45 minutes and theysaid it would not be a problem. Well over 45 minutes later my tire isn't even removed yet! Everyone keeps assuring me very sorry. I was promised a certain amount of time and I made time for it in my busy schedule. They could not be bothered to show any professionalism or accountability, and stick to the time promise. They honestly didn't even seem to care. Due to the incompetence, I had to be late to work. Do not believe anything that they tell you, whether it be a time frame or probably something you do not even need. They do not care about their customers

This is actually Brenda, William’s wife. I have consistently had great experiences at Discount Tires. Especially being a woman, I appreciate that I am treated with respect and professionalism. I trust their knowledge and expertise. It’s always efficient and I never have to wait very long. In particular, I really enjoyed working with Bella. She was excellent.

Excellent, the only negative thing that I would have to comment on is not about Discount Tire Store and Employess but the wheels that I purchased have a flaw in that the center caps fall out without any effort what so ever! Your Staff is looking into this flaw, and have been very accomodating with trying to rectify the situation! The Wheels are; 103042 17 X 9 6-135.00 SLPOXX NRM ION 171

I’ve been coming to this store for over 10 years and had a great experience until this last time …… 2.5 hours for a rotation and balance is to long ! And not given any options…. Watch them damage some guys rims after he supplies the equipment for them to do the job !! Yes that’s right ….. while I was sitting in a poorly equipped waiting room listening to one co worker sexually harass another in the lobby ……. I’ll let you make your decision!
