New Tires and Wheel Store in Redmond, WA 98052

Walked into the store and was greeted quickly. Let them know the tires I wanted, and they worked to get them ordered and shipped to the store. Went in for my appointment and within an hour I had the new tires mounted/balanced and was back on the road. Kudos to the entire team there, and as always I will be back and recommend the store to everyone I speak with. Thank you all!!

Great experience with Chet and Justice. Got a great quote, great product (fresh tires for my travel trailer) and an earlier appointment. They got a little backed up but they kept me updated with status.

I've been a repeat customer for many years at Discount Tire, their service is both efficient and on time. I appreciate the free tire rotation service and the military discount. Their new tire selection and pricing are very competitive.

All of the crew at this store are fantastic and I won't go anywhere else even though the Redmond store is not the closest one. They always go out of the way to help, are fast and friendly and do a great job (even when I've been in twice in a 2 week period needing flat repairs!).

My last two visits have been sub-par. First visit was to install winter tires and had to return to store because the tire/wheels were imbalanced. Second visit was to remove winter tires and install my OEM tires/wheels and a few hours after leaving the store, I get a TPMS error. Both of my visits required return visits to the store. For a national retailer who performs routine services like this, I expect more.

I was so happy with the professionalism and great experience with the Redmond Discount tire store, that I found myself telling my neighbors how awesome they were and anyone else that would listen. For me, it is rare to feel so good about a transaction at a tire establishment, or anywhere related to my automobile maintenance.

We have been using Discount Tires for all of our vehicles for 40 years. I wish that they would have been able to put the tires on my EType Jaguar, but, at least I was able to have them mount them on the wire wheels for us to bring home and mount ourselves. I may have to find another tire shop to do the entire job in the future, as I am too old to do this myself.

I have used the Redmond Discount Tire store many times over the past 20+ years. It never disappoints.

Henry was exceptional to work with. He beat a quote from a competing company. I only had an hour and a half before I had other commitments. They got me in and out in 45 minutes despite being very busy. Exceptional service.
