Dependable service. The staff is very knowledgeable
Discount Tires has the perfect combination of an easily navigated website with clear choices graphically presented for your specific vehicle and prices depented on what level of tire needed. When the added features of booking an appointment with email reminders make this a simple and time saving situation. I was so satisfied when the estimate length of visit at check in was spot on. Discount Tires has earned my loyalty through their concrete solid service.
Great employees -clean store and quick to get you back on the road
Overall, very professional outfit, with immediate attention by the service associates. The reception area is spacious, clean and comfortable. Nothing led me to believe anything was not trustworthy. Prices were reasonable, with bang for the money in added value in the extra tire benefits. One particular staff member was very friendly and personable, which left a warm impression of the operation. I would definitely return for future business.
Best experience since o started going to this store!
Good
Very professional. Wait time was far less than expected. No complaints.
I paid for a tire and the installation on line and set an appointment simultaneously. We showed up for the appointment a few minutes early and waited 20 minutes in line before a counter person acknowledged us. Then we waited another 10 minutes. Finally he asked our purpose there and after we showed him the purchase order he took the keys to the car and despite my instruction that the rear left tire was the only thing he had to look at he proceeded to look around the vehicle and take depth measurements of the tire tread on the rest of the tires. I went out after 10 minutes of watching him do that and asked if there was a problem in comprehension. The tires on the vehicle were two years old with 8000 miles on them. The only reason we were there is because I hit a curb and one of the tires developed a dimple. I asked how long to change the tire and he said 1 1/2 hrs. There we only two customers ahead of us and half the bays were open. There didn't seem to be any staff shortage since the employees outnumbered the customers. The wait time was exorbitant. They seemed more occupied with making a sale and convincing the customer what he/she "needed" than what they went in for originally. Three installers and five salespersons.
