She is customer friendly and very thorough, providing us with detailed estimates of the cost of tire replacement, alignment and our options. Discount Tire’s estimates lived up to their name as their prices were lower than other prominent tire outlets. We were informed in detail of all that would be involved and how long the four tire installation and alignment would take. Jennifer’s information was right on. Based on our positive experience with Jennifer and Discount Tire we plan to go back whenever we need future tire replacement and related devices.

Brought my car with nail in rear drivers side. Technician didn’t even look at where the nail was just wanted to check my entire set of tires. Naturally my front tires were barely below the tread depth recommendation and thus stated that for liability issues he couldn’t repair the rear tire with nail but could sell me an entire set. Took the tire to Les Schwab who gladly fixed it for free and only took 30 min. Guess I’m coming to Les Schwab this fall when I buy an entire set. I have 38k miles in the car.

First, they inspected my tires, and the results showed that they needed to be replaced urgently. They recommended a good option and offered me a credit plan. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied.

Very disappointing experience. I didn’t receive any documentation for my service and no one approached me when my vehicle was finished for the checkout process. I would recommend using the Pasco store. The customer experience is much better.
