They were fast and efficient with my appt. They were very very busy. They forgot to check tire pressures as they were all different and incorrect. I saw my monitors as I pulled away and went back. Pressures were fixed quickly and was on my way. They honored a sale that took place between my online purchase and appt date.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and they immediately got started and was done in 45 minutes, only 15 minutes after my scheduled time!

Went in as the appointments were booked, needed tires had 2 bald. 2 that were temperamental, and would go flat whenever. They got me in quick at opening time was out in about 20 minutes. Also got some wheels they’ll install free in a few days. Awesome store, I don’t mean to bash but Les Schwab did not show the same customer service.

Corey and his crew here are top notch. It doesn’t get any better in my opinion. They have excellent service, get you in and out quickly, are on-time and ready for you when you get there. Half the time Ernie greets me in the lot and takes my keys before I even get to the door. Hands down the best in town for tire service and tires in general. I haven’t bought my tires any where else for over 8 or 9 years now. The warranty is worth its weight in gold. Oddly though I still have people rarely tell me they haven’t heard of Discout Tire, but I tell people all the time and they say they go to “L;$ $:;@-!”(your competitor I won’t name because they advertise on the radio locally. I found that interesting but it makes sense.

The entire crew needs to take their job a lot more serious when working on clients vehicles.

No coffee or water available. Wrong wheels were shipped. A waste of my time and gas to drive 90 min each way.

Every employee is awesome to deal with, and they most generally have the tires I want in stock, and if not within the next couple of days. Tire sensor problem? They fix it also. A great experience every time.
