Tyler gave a good lesson about tires and what is the best choice with better contractions with our winter weather and all weather roads. I barely spend 40 min the free service for tires rotation afterwards is also important as I am not used to care for my car, my ex husband used to do that for the last 20* years.

I love Discount Tire. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick service! They helped me decide between a couple of tires I was considering for my SUV. Dropped my car off a few days later and it was ready earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Great at explaining what to expect, what took place and if any questions they’re answered. Service warranty is explained. Printed and emailed invoice which is nice to keep copy in vehicle as well as an electronic file. Like being able to go back for tire rotation and air checks. Professional, caring, polite and great customer service! I’ll continue to be their customer!

Junction Road store is well run. When they say they will get your vehicle taken care of, they mean it, even if it means working after close to get your vehicle finished. You will not be disappointed.

The salesperson on the phone and the person helping at the counter (who appeared to be a mechanic, too) were very nice and helpful. I left my car there, and it was ready much sooner than anticipated. I’m happy with my all-weather tires so far (smooth riding), and the true test will be the snowy winter! Thanks!

Very quick tire install. Friendly and professional, bagged up my summer tires so they didn't mess my interior up. My 4th set from this store, all have been good experiences.
