Each of my visits to this Discount Tire location have been very pleasant. The folks who have helped me all have a very chill demeanor -- very patient with even the most basic questions, eager to assist, empathetic and understanding, polite, kind, they do good work as far as I can tell, and they offer great service. I'm glad I found them, and I plan to keep coming back. Besides the staff, the services seem reasonably priced, the quality of work is very good to the best of my ability to tell, the folks all seem knowledgeable on their area of expertise, the wait times are reasonable and estimates have been accurate so far, and the store area is clean and open. The only reason I didn't give it top marks for cleanliness is that some of the folks come in from the garage and touch surfaces with their oily gloves still on, but that's behind the counter -- not in the area where visitors sit. They will try to sell you things when you stop in, but they are not aggressive or unpleasant about it. They are very respectful. Overall great place.

Tyler gave a good lesson about tires and what is the best choice with better contractions with our winter weather and all weather roads. I barely spend 40 min the free service for tires rotation afterwards is also important as I am not used to care for my car, my ex husband used to do that for the last 20* years.

The staff at the Old Sauk Road location are top notch. Whether you are just stopping by for an air pressure test or getting new tires, they are glad to help.

From the second I walked in the door the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met in a timely manner. Great staff, great store!
