A logistics analyst at our corporate office, Dustin always wanted a double cab Tacoma— and recently picked up his dream truck.

As a Tacoma enthusiast, he tries to keep up with the aftermarket players in the Tacoma world (trust us, there are a ton). From the start, he knew he wanted Icon suspension—his first major upgrade.

Naturally, next came a wheel and tire package specific to his Taco.

It can be hard to stand out from the crowd with how many Tacoma (and Toyota) enthusiasts there are out there. Wanting to be a little different with his wheel and tire upgrade, Dustin went with a set of the new Yokohama Geolandar X-A/T’s in a 285 section width (for a 33-inch tire overall) compared to the Tacoma’s OE 265/70R16 tire size.

The result: improved off-road clearance and overall capability combined with stand-out looks.

When it came to wheels, Dustin had seen the hype on Fifteen52 on social media as well as from a few coworkers.

“I really liked the unique styles Fifteen52 has to offer,” Dustin said. “My number-one requirement was that my Tacoma wheels needed to complement the Cavalry Blue Toyota paint.”

Enter the TurboMac HD in bronze.

“From the moment I opened the box, these wheels amazed me. The finish is so unique:  there’s a slight texture to the paint and the bronze is on the darker side, which looks awesome against the Cavalry paint.”

And it only gets better from there.

“After my install at our location on Scottsdale and Oak, my truck rides great both aired-down to 20 PSI on Schnebly Hill Road in Sedona where I shot these photos as well as around town and on the highway,” he said. “I would absolutely recommend Fifteen52 to any Tacoma driver looking for a combo of unique styles combined with high-quality construction.”
