Tony was very helpful during my phone conversation to select the appropriate tires and schedule an appointment. The store technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he thoroughly checked my vehicle upon arrival for the appointment. I am happy to recommend Discount Tire to me family and friends, and I would not consider doing business with any competitor--based on the years of quality service I have received at a number of Discount Tire facilities.

Shout out to Lucas that helped me on Monday afternoon great job. These are the first tires I have needed to buy since my dad passed away, whom would always do the tire purchases himself ( at discount tire in Burlington lol) . But Lucas was a huge help finding a great tire for my mom's car that was getting a bit thin in the tread and discovered the other tire had been on since 09. He got me in and out quick with what I needed and a price we could afford to keep my mom's car safe and reliable. So yes shout out to Lucas, it's nice to see customer service is still surviving somewhere with someone, good job.
