Hi, Overall, I had a great experience on your store. Great staff, energy and service. However, your salesperson needs to be able to explain the fee’s better. It would have been nice if he told me that the fee’s, tax, maintenance, etc. were charged per tire. That will affect some of the customers decision making of what type of tire they will buy. Thanks for having me and I will be back for future services.

This is one of the best DT stores I've visited, and I've been a DT customer for years in Texas and New Mexico. This quickly became my home store. Every visit has been quicker than expected, and the service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Ordered 6tires/scheduled appointment/completed purchase online, then received a courtesy call from the shop the day before that tires were available and ready if I wanted to come in a day earlier. I have to travel in from out of town, so that wasn’t an option this time - had to keep my original appointment. Received excellent customer service from multiple individuals during my time at the store. Had 4 pickup tires mounted/balanced/reinstalled. Also had 2 RV trailer tires loose in the pickup bed, had those replaced and balanced as well. In and out in less than 25 minutes from the moment I arrived! I realize there are times that could be more busy than others, but there was a vehicle in every bay that day as well. Will definitely continue to do business with Discount Tire and this location!

I can buy tires from a lot of places this day and time. I use Discount because they are competitive on their pricing. Their service is excellent. Book an appointment online and they have always got me in and out in a reasonable time frame. They torque the wheels and explain if they find any issues or problems.

The salesperson was very pushy and did not listen to what I was there for. I called ahead for a flat to be repaired on one of my tires I had a warranty on. Yet when I arrived I was still being given a sales pitch about all four tires. He seemed annoyed and rude that I would not buy two new tires even though I just needed the one repaired. I also had two small kids with me so spending over an hour in the store due to the salesperson constantly trying to tell me what I needed to do (even though it wasn’t needed) was incredibly frustrating. Initially I was told there were two of my tires in stock, then ended up having to wait for the next day to go back. When I went back the salesperson, Chris, absolutely avoided my presence which is unprofessional (although I did not want to go back to him after the previous day) and I could see him pointing to my vehicle and looking my direction speaking with the employee that was helping me. I will not be going back to that location.
