I came to the store to get my tires checked. I had no idea no idea that my tires were damaged because the car is 12 years old, but only has 35000 miles on it. The tires were 8 years old. I was shown where they were splitting. The spare had never been used but needed replacing, too. Apparently age counts more than mileage! Who knew? I am now the proud owner of 4 new Michelin tires and a new spare. :)

Andre greeted me immediately upon exiting my car. I didn't even need to go into the store. Because I had an appointment next door to the store it was totally convenient and efficient. Thanks Andre, Gessner and Bellfort store, Houston, TX, you're awesome!

I visited Discount Tire to ask them to check if we put our tire on correctly. (We changed it ourselves). The associate came and looked at the tire and explained the tire was separating and that is why I was feeling shaking. He quoted a price for two tires. The price was way out of my budget, especially with the holidays being a few days ago. I walked out of there disheartened. As I walked to my car, Juan the Manager walked to me and asked what happened and was the associate able to help me. I explained the situation and Juan looked at my tires. He showed me the bubble on my tire and said my tires could have popped at anytime. He asked me to come back into the store to see if he could do anything for me. Juan feverishly tapped the keys on the computer researching and researching. After a few minutes he turned the computer screen to me and asked if I could afford the two tires he found. I looked at him in disbelief and started crying. I don't know how he did it, but to me it was a miracle. He found a pair of tires for $100 less than the first associate. Juan's compassion and caring for me, made me feel seen and valued. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and positive my experience with Juan and Discount Tire was that day. I am telling all my friends to go to Discount Tire on West Bellfort, and ask for Juan. THANK YOU, Juan. May the Lord bless you tremendously for your caring and compassion.

The whole team was great! I was told that they would have my new tires installed within 30 minutes, and they finished in 25 minutes. Thanks, and will continue to recommend your store!

An issue occurred but the manager stepped in and corrected ASAP

They tell him with everything I needed and they were pretty fast and kind

Salesman that weed on me was very nice and direct and no question everything was taken care of all I did was just sit back and wait
